Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland regretfully informs of another act of vandalism, which took place on Jewish cemetery in Augustow (Podlachian voivodeship). In April 2007 an antisemitic graffiti was painted on the matzevot. The vandals did not spare the memorial table, founded in 2002 by the families of the local victims of Holocaust.
