Who are we

Kornel Makuszynski Primary School No.4 in Krasnik

We are 5th grade students of the Primary School on Krasnik, and our History teacher is Mrs Ewa Adamczyk. 

Why we do this project

By doing it we want to learn about the history of our land- our little homeland, which is Krasnik to us. We want to stress that its community was multicultural for ages, and Jews were also part of it. 

 

What we do in the project

Students of our school learn basic information about the history of Jews from Krasnik, look for the monuments and material traces of their life in the town. They go to a trip to to one of the places related to the Jewish population, make pictures and illustrations, localize the places on the city plan. They share their experience. The effect will be published in a form of a book entitled "Fifth graders' meeting with history".
