What we do in the project

"Return To The Roots- Murowana Goslina, Home Of Three Nations", is an educational project which goal's to discover the multicultural heritage of our town, breaking of the numerous stereotypes existing among the inhabitants, acting againts discrimination and hostility towards other people.

It is a continuation of the previous actions taken by the members of the Partnership Comittee of the Goslina Region within the framework of the "To Bring Memory Back" program, prepared by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland.

Through our project we would like to promote among our fellow citizens the ideas of openness, tolerance towards diversity, and bring back -and even deepen- the forgotten prewar multiculturality of the town, which hosted three different nations and religions; Catholic, Evangelic and Jewish.
