The students of the Midle School in Wasilkow became second and third place winners of the contest concerning the history of the Jews in Bialystok, organized by the Bialystok University Foundation. The Foundation is the creator of the “Jewish Heritage Trail” in Bialystok. more »
Within the “Following the trails of Jews in Upper Silesia” project, realized by the students of the Middle School No. 4 in Czerwionka, art workshops were organized for the Culture Experts group. The young artists created among others the Jewish paper cut-outs and Purim masks. more »
On November 12, 2007, a group of Jewish culture passionates from Bialystok and Wasilkow went to Warsaw's Jewish Historical Institute, in search of information concerning the Jews from Podlaskie.
