Who are we

Why we do this project

We do believe that the world entouring us is an infinite source of knowledge. We want to draw from this source. We want to know as much as possible about the history and culture of the Jewish nation, to better understand and know our own heritage. Both our nations have known the lack of freedom. The Poles have managed to keep their culture from oblivion, and now we want to take actions to save the heritage of the Polish Jews.

 

Jewish community in our town

For ages Jews and Poles have been coexisting in our town. Even at the end of the 19th century they constituted more than 50% of the population. They surely have left traces...

 

 

What we do in the project

We've just started. We gather ideas, read, look for information in the web. Our predispositions and interests start to manifest. We can't wait to start taking our first actions...
