This time we moved on to Siemianowka village, beautifully located on the shore of the artificial lake, not far from Narewka. We had a good reason- we recently learned that before the war the Jews from the neighborhood came here regularly to buy fish. Newly opened Ecological Education Center provided us with wonderful conditions for our workshop. Naturally we cooked fish dishes and sweet dairy noodle kugel.
