Few years ago some loose sheets of paper with Hebrew text printed on them reached Mrs. Katarzyna Bielawska . They are not only relics of the past, but a living trace, written word. The sheets came from the village of Skupowo. Looking at them, we journeyed in time. In our search for the past we immersed ourselves in archive editions of “Nad Narewką” gazette, where the cycle “Narewka in between-the-war period” was published. We found various memories of people living then and actually remembering their Jewish
neighbours. We have also decided to speak with the actual residents of Narewka. The group of students interviewing the people is gathering interesting information.
