During the interview we conducted with Mr Gorecki, our interlocutor suggested that he could show us the places he was talking about. Together we went to the road connecting Bocienie and Dzwierzno, which "our" Jewish women prisoners were forced to walk daily. Nowadays it is an asphalt road, but during the war it was just a gravel road and in autumn it was turning into knee-deep mud. Mr Gorecki witnessed the death of one of the female prisoners, who was too exhausted to walk, and fell. No one was allowed to come and help her; the German watchman clubbed her to death with a rifle butt.  

Apart from the field works the Jewish female prisoners were also forced to dug anti-tank trenches.
