Old Jewish cemetery in Kurow on Nowe St. was established in second half of 16th century. At the same time first Jews began to settle in town. In 1921 56.8% of the population was of Jewish origin. The cemetery was destroyed during World War II. Today there are no fragments of matzevot left. The terrain was built over.
