On January 27, 2017 at 7 pm, the "Synagogue" Center of The Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland willto present the historical Torah scrolls from the Zamosc region.
The presented pieces come from the New Town - a district of Zamosc and were given to the Foundation by a private person. Renovation work was carried out at the Department of Paper and Leather Restoration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.
The project was implemented with the support of the Jewish Historical Institute.
