We invite you to bake cebularz together! This is one of the culinary symbols of the Lublin region, originaly from cuisine of Lublin Jews. In the video, we show you step by step, how to bake this onion miracle at home. Sorry for the sharpness problems but it's New Years Eve after all! ;-)
Dough:
- three - four glasses of flour
- 1 and 1/4 cups of water
- 10 tablespoons of rapeseed oil,
- a teaspoon of salt and sugar,
- 25 grams of yeast
Accessories:
- 200 grams of onion
- poppy seeds,
- two tablespoons of oil
- spoon of salt
