The concert will take place on June 13, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the "Synagogue" Center on Pereca 14 St.. in Zamość.

Following this year long interruption due to COVID, Gerard Edery resumes hgis musical tour of Poland’s historic synagogues which will culminate in a film documentary for public television. Every concert is being professionally filmed and live footage will be mixed with interviews, narration, photos and videos for the final presentation.

The first return concert will be in the beautiful synagogue in Zamość and will be a celebration of the deep-rooted parallels between the Sephardic and Ashkenazi musical traditions. By weaving together songs in many languages from Europe and the Middle East we will interpret this poignant repertoire as a living legacy. Gerard Edery is joined by two brilliant musical colleagues, Marcin David Król and Lucjan Szaliński-Bałwas.

Free tickets to the event will be available at the “Synagogue" Center on the day of the concert, from 10:00 am. The number of tickets is limited.
