On Wednesday, July 20, 2022, we have the pleasure to invite you to a special event. A concert by the Spanish chamber orchestra Orquesta de Cámara de Siero, OCAS will take place at 7.00 pm at the "Synagogue" Center of the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland. It is part of the VÍNCULOS 2022 Poland / Ukraine tour.
The concert program will include Spanish, Ukrainian and Ibero-American music performed by a chamber orchestra conducted by Maestro Manuel Paz, with Paula Lueje (soprano) and Iván Fernández (guitar).
The OCAS Cultural Association was founded in February 2002. Over the past years, it has been taking part in cultural activities and charity campaigns in many countries. It has been cooperating with many organizations, such as Sandra Foundation Ibarra, Doctors of the World, the Red Cross and Medicus Mundi.
The VÍNCULOS project has been running since 2005 and visited 14 countries, from Spain through Bolivia, Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala, Morocco, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and refugee camps in Tindoufa, Algeria, the Dominican Republic and Indonesia.
The current edition of the project takes place in Poland and Ukraine. It is a response to the humanitarian situation caused by the war in Ukraine, to support refugees and the local community in this difficult time.
The current tour is under the patronage of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Poland.
The concert will take place on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 7.00 pm at the "Synagogue" Center FODŻ at Pereca 14 St. in Zamość. Free admission. The number of seats is limited.
