Between April 23-25 a working seminar „Managing Jewish Immovable Heritage” took place in Cracow. Participating will be nearly 100 people from 20 European countries.

On April 19, 2013, teachers and students of the High School in Szczebrzeszyn carried out cleanup works on the local Jewish cemetery. The initiative was realized in cooperation with the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland.

In nearest future a memorial plaque will be installed on the old Jewish cemetery in Labiszyn. The plaque was financed by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland. Mr. Marcin Dudek is the initiator and partner of this project.

The Jewish Telegraphic Agency published an article on the condition of the Jewish cemeteries located throughout Eastern Europe and the costs related to their maintenance. You can read it here.
