Jewish cemetery in Leczyca was established most probably in second half of 15th century. First Jews began to settle to the locality in 1479. In 1921 Leczyca was inhabited by 4051 Jews. The last registered burial took place in 1939. The area was built over with housing. The cemetery is 14.72 ha.
