On June 9, 2010, BBC News online magazine published a report on the common project of the Polish Prison Service and the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland. Within its framework the inmates of the penitentiary facilities throughout the country clean up neglected Jewish cemeteries.
