On October 20, 2010, a group of Israeli students visited Zelechow. Jewish youth met their Polish counterparts from the School Complex No.1, visited together the local Jewish cemetery. The meeting was organized by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland within the framework of the “Haverim-Friends” project, supported by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland.
