2011-03-04 ZAMOSC SYNAGOGUE BEFORE AND AFTER RESTORATION WORKS
We cordially invite you to visit the Gallery where you can find photographs of the Renaissance synagogue in Zamosc before and after restoraion works. The opening of the "Synagoge" Center will take place on April 5th, 2011. The President of the Republic of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski assumed honorary patronage over the ceremony.The construction and conservation works are carried out within the framework of the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland project "REVITALIZATION OF THE RENAISSANCE SYNAGOGUE IN ZAMOSC FOR THE NEEDS OF THE CHASSIDIC ROUTE AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY" supported by a grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
