On March 20, 2012, a group of Israeli students visited Knyszyn. The guests worked at the local Jewish cemetery along with Polish students from Knyszyn and Monki, toured the town and took part in integration workshops in the School Complex in Knyszyn. The meeting was organized by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland within the framework of the ‘Haverim – Friends. Polish-Jewish youth meetings’ project. The project is being supported by Michael Traison Fund for Poland.
