On October 9, 2013 a ceremony of rededication of the Jewish cemetery took place in Strzelno. The event was organized by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland and the local branch of the Polish Historical Society.In July 2013 a monument commemorating those buried there was erected. Until then the cemetery was not marked in any way. The initiator and partner of the project was Mr. Marcin Dudek-Lewin.
