On October 15, 2013, a group of Israeli students visited Knyszyn. The guests worked at the local Jewish cemetery along with Polish students from Knyszyn and Monki, toured the town and took part in integration workshops in the School Complex in Knyszyn. The meeting was organized by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland, Town Office of Knyszyn, and School Complexes in Knyszyn and Monki within the framework of the ‘Haverim – Friends. Polish-Jewish youth meetings’ project.
