Preparation works are underway in Przysucha, where the Foundation’s most important project of this year – the third stage of the revitalization of the 18th-century old synagogue of Rabbi Simcha Bunem will be implemented. The works include the reinforcing of construction of the walls and elevation. The project is supported by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland within the framework of the National Heritage program, priority 1 Protection of Historical Monuments, Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland and the World Monuments Fund. The Foundation is looking for individuals or organisations interested in becoming sponsors of the necessary additional works. All parties interested are invited to contact our office.
