On September 9, 2014, a group of Israeli students visited Knyszyn. The guests worked at the local Jewish cemetery along with Polish students from Knyszyn and Monki and took part in joint workshops. The meeting was co-organized by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland within the project ‘Haverim – Friends. Polish-Jewish youth meetings’.
