As part of a series of events entitled “Warsaw of Two Uprisings”, organized by the Museum of Warsaw Uprising and the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland, a debate entitled “Is the Common European Memory of World War II Possible?” will take place on April 27, 2015. Participating will be Prof. Tomasz Nalecz, historian and Adviser to the President of the Republic of Poland, Prof. Przemyslaw Zurawski of the Lodz University, Dr. Kazimierz Woycicki, historian. The debate will start at 6:30 PM in the Nowak-Jezioranski Auditorium of the Museum of Warsaw Uprising.
The debate will be led by Dr. Mikolaj Mirowski, historian and publicist, and Dawid Wildstein – a journalist.
