On 26-27 June 2022, FODŻ participated, as a partner, in the international conference "New Realities of Jewish Heritage" organized by: Jewish Heritage Europe; Taube Center for the Renewal of Jewish Life in Poland and the Galicia Jewish Museum. During the meeting, representative of FODŻ referred, among others, to the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of our Foundation by the Union of Jewish Religious Communities in the Republic of Poland (ZGWŻ) and the World Jewish Restitution organizarion of (WJRO) that takes place this year - information on 20 years of our Foundation's activity is available at a link to the right:20 YEARS OF THE JEWISH HERITAGE FOUNDATION.

An important element of the participation of FODŻ representative in the Conference was his participation in a panel devoted to discussing the prospects of the future strategy for the protection of Jewish heritage in the changing realities of the international environment, as well as the internal situation in Poland. 

The Conference was accompanied by the twenty-fifth annual ceremony of honoring Poles involved in the preservation of Jewish heritage and Polish-Jewish dialogue, by awarding the laureates with the "Protecting Memory" diploma. Among this year's winners were four volunteers cooperating with FODŻ, as well as the mayor of the Koło Municipality, with whom our Foundation established cooperation for the first time in 2021.
