The Zielona Góra Jewish cemetery, until now neglected and devastated, will be soon cleaned up and taken care of. Thanks to an agreement signed by the Foundation and the 9th team of the Związek Harcerstwa Rzeczypospolitej (The Republic’s Scout Union) in Zielona Góra the cemetery will be now looked after by the scouts. In return the scouts are allowed to use the building of the pre-burial house, which is now going to rack and ruin. The matzevot that have been recently discovered just outside the cemetery will soon be build in the cemetery wall.
