It is with great joy that we inform that the first stage of commemoration works on the Jewish cemetery in Barcin has been completed. Under coordination of the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland the town maintenance department has mown the grass on the cemetery grounds; geodesic borders of the necropolis have been traced and a memorial stone was prepared to be engraved with inscription commemorating the Jewish population of the town.
