We are happy to inform that the conservatory works are advancing in the building of the pre-funeral house in Olsztyn, carried out by the "Borussia" Association from Olsztyn. The access to the building was granted by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland.

The pre-funeral house in Olsztyn was designed by Erich Mendelssohn, one of the greatest architects of the 20th century, born in Olsztyn in 1887. Among his projects numerous outstanding buildings in Germany, Israel, the United Kingdom or the United States. The pre-funeral in Olsztyn, erected at the Jewish cemetery (today: Zyndrama z Maszkowic St.) is one of his earliest works.
