On March 17, 2008, the Town Office in Labiszyn handed over to the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland the granite plates which were once covering the floor of the synagogue in Labiszyn. They will be used for building the lapidarium commemorating the Jewish community of the town.
