On October 19, 2008, a wall painting dedicated to the multicultural heritage of the town was created in Milejczyce (podlaskie province) by the students of the local School Complex. The project was chosen during a contest and presents three places of worship in Milejczyce - a synagogue, a Catholic church, and an Orthodox church.
The painting, designed by one of the students, was painted on a wall erected for this purpose by the Town Office of Milejczyce.
The action is realized within the frames of the 'Research on the Attitude Towards Jews and Their Heritage. Cooperation with Local Partners in Selected 15 Towns. Education for Tolerance' program, supported by the Batory Foundation.
