On January 27, 2009, the commemoration ceremony related to the International Holocaust Remembrance Day took place in Rzeszow. The event was organized by the University of Rzeszow in cooperation with the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland.
Participating in the event was the representative of the Foundation.
