We would like to inform you that 21 April 2009, 10 a.m., marked the deadline for the placement of offers within the framework of the procedure for granting an order of a value inferior to the values specified in regulations issued on the basis of art. 11 item 8 of the act of 29 January 2004 – Public Procurement Law, regarding the execution of construction and conservation works to be carried out within the framework of the project "REVITALIZATION OF THE RENAISSANCE SYNAGOGUE IN ZAMOSC FOR THE NEEDS OF THE CHASSIDIC ROUTE AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY" supported by a grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism. The opening of 5 offers took place at 10:30 a.m. at the offices of the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in the presence of the bidders’ representatives. The value of the lowest offer was set at 4 381 943,19 PLN, while that of the highest at 7 654 260,82 PLN. The amount of time needed to carry out the works specified in the offers varied from 11 to 17 months, while the length of the guarantee period varied from 37 to 61 months. The offers submitted are currently being assessed.
