On July 22nd, 2012 in Slupsk celebrations of the anniversary of the birthday of Janusz Korczak took place. They were organized within the framework of the Korczak Year by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland, Slupsk Culture Center, Youth Culture Center, Janusz Korczak Hospital and the Office of the Ombudsman for Children.
