Inowroclaw Police Headquarters refused to launch an investigation regarding desacration of human remains wich were discovered on November 12th, 2009 at the Inowroclaw Jewish cemetery (currently used as allotments) during waterworks restoration. The Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland, which had informed the police about committing a crime, will lodge a complaint regarding this decision.
