We are happy to inform that the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland in cooperation with the Warsaw Jewish Religious Community launched paving works at the Warsaw Jewish cemetery in Okopowa St. The works are implemented thanks to the generosity of Maria and Kazimierz Brandys, thanks to whose decision the Foundation came into possession of the royalties to the writer’s books. Kazimierz Brandys died on March 11th, 2000 in Paris. Following his will the royalty income is assigned for preservation of Jewish heritage in Poland.
