Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland was one of the partners of the March of Memory, commemorating thousands of Jews from Rzeszow who were sent to the death camps in July 1942, which took place in the town on on July 10, 2011. On the the 69th anniversary of the liquidation of Rzeszow ghetto, the participants of the March walked from the Staroniwa train station to the Ghetto Square.
