linia 2012-05-23 THE 'SYNAGOGUE' CENTER IN ZAMOSC

On May 22nd-23rd, 2012 a study tour for volunteers participating in the project Creating a team of cultural animators for the ‘Synagogue’ Center took place. The volunteers visited Jewish historical sites in Wojsławice, Tomaszów Lubelski, Biłgoraj, Józefów and Szczebrzeszyn as well as the Museum – Memorial Site in Bełżec. They have also met with local animators and educators who shared their experiences in cultural and educational activities.

The project Creating a team of cultural animators for the ‘Synagogue’ Center is implemented in cooperation with the ‘Well of Memory’ Association and the Center for Jewish History and Culture of the State Higher School of Vocational Education in Zamosc.
