The Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland was a partner of the March of Memory, organized by the Emanuel Ringelblum Jewish Historical Institute, which took place on July 22, 2012 in Warsaw. The event began at the Umschlagplatz Monument in Stawki St., and end in Jaktorowska St. nearby the Orphans Home, established and run by Janusz Korczak for 30 years. Honorary patronage over the March was assumed by the President of the City of Warsaw and the Children’s Ombudsman.
