The Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland organized the seminar ‘Teaching about the history and culture of Jews in Poland’ which was held on the International Day Against Fascism and Anti-Semitism, November 9th, 2012 in the ‘Synagogue’ Center in Zamość. The event, consisting of a series of lectures and discussions, was an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience in the field of education about Jewish culture and history as a part of Polish cultural heritage.

The seminar was also a summary of the project Creating a team of cultural animators for the ‘Synagogue’ Center, which has been implemented in cooperation with the ‘Well of Memory’ Association and the Center for Jewish History and Culture of the State Higher School of Vocational Education in Zamość.
