Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland is carrying out fence renovation works on the new Jewish cemetery in Lomza.

The new Jewish cemetery in Lomza was established in 1890 and is situated on Waska St. About 500 matzevot were preserved on its grounds. The last known burial took place in 1939. The cemetery's size is 1,93 ha.
