Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland, along with the Symbiosis of Cultures Society of Chojnice, is carrying out a project of commemoration of the Jewish cemetery in Chojnice. The old Jewish cemetery in Chojnice was established in the 18th century. It is localized in Mickiewicza St. The cemetery was devastated during the German occupation. After the war, the place was used as garages and a kindergarten. No material traces of the cemetery have remained.
