Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland received grant funding from the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute of Poland for the renovation of two prewar Torah scrolls from Zamosc and vicinity. The renovation works will be carried out in the National Library of Poland in Warsaw and the Department of and Leather Conservation of the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Torun. Renovated scrolls will be displayed in the Synagogue Center in Zamosc and in the synagogue in Leczna.
