On July 21, 2016, a rededication ceremony took place in Markuszow. The event was organized by the descendants of the Markuszow Jews, along with our Foundation, the Matzeva Foundation and Studnia Pamieci Society. In the days preceding the ceremony cleanup works took place on the cemetery grounds, carried out by local and foreign volunteers.
