For the second year in a row, our Foundation is proud to be partnering in one week in clearing work at the Nasielsk Jewish cemetery with The Matzevah Foundation, Inc., an Atlanta, Georgia-based Christian organization, together with Jewish descendants, and local Polish residents and activists. The Nasielsk cemetery clean-up, a project of our Adopt-A-Cemetery initiative, is an outstanding example of just how much can be accomplished when Jewish descendants abroad actively engage in their heritage, working hand-in-hand with the local municipality and Polish residents who also care.
We are pleased that our friends at Rohatyn Jewish Heritage will also again be joining for this year's work.
