On January 27, 2021, thanks to the initiative and efforts of Professor Wacław Wierzbieniec, a meeting was held with representatives of the District Office in Jarosław, who expressed their readiness to continue cooperation with the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage (FODZ), in establishing Memorial Hall located in the building at Tarnowskiego St., of the former society Jad Charuzim (in the past years Municipal Library was located in that building). The Memorial Hall will hold a permanent exhibition on the history and previous function of the building, as well as history of  the local Jewish community.  The meeting was attended  by Professor  Wacław Wierzbieniec.
