During session on January 26, 2021, Zielona Góra City Council adopted a resolution declaring the Jewish cemetery in that town a cultural park. The involvement of local authorities in preserving Jewish heritage opens up new opportunities for FODZ cooperation with local partners to save the cemetery from further degradation.
