On the anniversary of Black Sunday (November 8), a representation of young people from the local high school in Staszów lit candles at the monument at the Jewish cemetery at Kościuszki Street and listened to memories of the former Jewish community of Staszów. The activities carried out by local activists were an important continuation of the cleaning works carried out on behalf of FODŻ at the Jewish cemetery at Piłsudskiego Street, which consisted, among others, in repairing the fence of this cemetery.
