linia 2022-07-26 A recovered matzevah placed in the cemetery in Wielopole Skrzyńskie.

As part of the cooperation of FODZ with the District Prosecutor's Office in Ropczyce (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) and the District Police Headquarters in Ropczyce and the Rzeszów delegation of the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments based in Przemyśl, matzevah was recovered, which was revealed in the town of Brzeziny. As a result of assistance from the Police, the matzevah, after its recovery, was deposited in the Jewish cemetery in Wielopole Skrzyńskie. We take this opportunity  to express our sincere appreciation to the above-mentioned offices for their commitment and help in recovering and locating the matzevah in the right place. We would like to express our special appreciation and warm thanks to Mr. Łukasz Śliwa, an officer at the District Police Headquarters in Ropczyce.
