During the night from the 21st to the 22nd of June 2005 nine bays of the fence of the Mszczonów Jewish cemetery were stolen. A part of the cemetery was fenced in 2004, thanks to the Foundation efforts and Ms. Renata Singer’s generosity.
Apart from the police, also the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Chief Rabbi of Poland and the Union of the Jewish Communities in Poland were informed about the theft.
