We inform you that on January 11, 2008, Jewish culture and music workshops took place in the Jan Sobieski High School in Warsaw, under the patronage of the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland.

The workshops were carried out by Dr. Monika Zytke, musician, conductor and lecturer of the Pomeranian Academy, and ethnicity expert. 3-hour long meeting was composed of two parts:  the multimedia presentation on Israeli history and culture, and the open music workshops covering learning of the Chassidic songs. The participants were in large part members of the school's Tutti Cantamus choir. A solo performance was given by the vocalist of the Shomer group, led by Mrs Zytke.
